Duplicate Prescription Pads
Duplicate pads are used by prescribers to prescribe monitored drugs in the province of Nova Scotia. This policy is to ensure unused duplicate prescription pads are disposed of in a timely and secure manner by prescribers.
The duplicate pads were designed with the input of pharmacists and prescribers, and feature specific prompts for product information, quantities, part fills, and fillable fields to indicate start/stop dates.
